Double glazed patio door. Bathroom/wc: Main bathroom has a bath with shower, WC, douche/bidet and wash handbasin. Cloakroom with WC and wash handbasin; Kitchen:Refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher. Well equipped with black & cream stove/oven, glassware and kitchen essentials. Electric wall heater. Patio door and views over the Californie hills. Living Room: Large lounge with dining table and chairs. Large bed sofa which sleeps 2 comfortably. Flat screen television with TV and DVD/CD player. If you want fresh croissants or baguettes for your breakfast there is a nice bakery just next door. There are many nearby restaurants and cafes to choose from - infact everything you need is in walking distance of the apartment. If you want to explore the Cote d'Azur you are a couple of minutes from Cannes station where you can catch a train along the coast and visit Nice, Monaco and even Italy for the famous Friday market. At the port of Cannes you can take the ferry to the Islands of Cannes or to St Tropez. There is also a bus station close by where you can take a trip inland to the famous perfume capital of Grasse and many hilltop villages.

Additional information about rental rates

  • The above rates for the congresses are FULLY INCLUSIVE coverin the provision of linen and towels for up to 4 people, wifi internet access and final cleaning on departure. NOTE: A Breakages Deposit of €500 is required for each booking. This can be paid when making your booking payment or paid in cash on arrival. The transaction is then reversed after/on departure, once the apartment is left in an orderly and undamaged condition and the keys are returned safely and on time.
  • During the rest of the year the prices are as followed: Low season between 1st October - 30th April weekly rate of 450€.

    Mid season: 1st of May until 13th of July and 26th of August until 30th of September weekly rate of 700€.

    High season: 14th of July - 25th of August weekly rate of 1000€. Towels and linen are not included but can be added for a charge of 35€/person.
