About La Trinidad: La Trinidad Marbella is located on gently sloping land along the Golden Mile. It was created from a polo pony ranch retaining numerous established trees. From the dense wooded area in the north estate drifts to the lagoons trough large lawned areas and many different types of bushes and trees including Jacaranda, Olive, Orange, Lemon, Pines, Cypress, Date palms and Australian flame.The foliage offers a natural habit for the local birds and emits seasonally tranquil aromas. The fully enclosed community of 116 luxuriously appointed apartments and penthouses was completed during 2003. It comprises eight buildings, arranged in horse shoe around manicured gardens and pools. La Trinidad is located close to the Saudi King Fayed Palace and Punte Romano hotel, just a few minutes drive from the lively town of Puerto Banus or charming Marbella Town.

Futher details: A 25% deposit is required on booking. The rest should be paid one week before arrival. 300 EUR deposit is to be paid on the arrival in case of any damage.
