Comfortable, well equipped holiday apartment located just on the outskirts of Dublin City. Excellent location for guests who like to vary their time between the City and the Countryside. Positioned on the second floor in this purposed built development, accessed by stairs or lift. Surrounded by the most beautiful countryside. Accommodation comprises, 2 double bedrooms, one king size bedroom with own power shower en-suite and plenty of wardrobe space. Second bedroom comprises double bed with fitted wardrobes. Main bathroom has power shower/bath, all bed linen, towels, hairdryer and toiletries are supplied. The living and dining area is generously appointed and well equipped, with large dining table, comfortable seating for six. Entertainment is provided via a 50 inch HDTV with full digital cable, there is full secure Wifi. The kitchen is fully equipped; fridge/freezer, hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and washer/dryer. The property is fully alarmed.

My girlfriend and I regularly stay in self catering accommodation in the Republic of Ireland and I have to say this accommodation is by far the best we have ever stayed in. The quality of the property and the location were outstanding and we felt it was excellent value for money. On arrival we noticed how spotlessly clean the apartment was, this has been a huge problem with other property’s we have rented in the past. It is furnished to a very high standard, with a large lounge area, two double bedrooms and two bathrooms. Although there were only two of us it would have been more than comfortable for four people. The grounds surrounding the apartment are clearly landscaped and are beautifully kept and the views of Dublin Bay from the lounge and balcony are stunning. There are a few shops within walking distance for groceries but more importantly several bars with nice restaurants. I would not hesitate to recommend this property to anyone thinking of visiting Ireland, you will not be disappointed, first class!!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Romantic Getaway
