Stunning 5 suite villa with great sea and country views, located in a peaceful residential area on a hillside in Vale Parra, within a few minutes drive from some of the Algarve's best beaches. The heatable salt water swimming pool enjoys a private position at the back of the villa, surrounded by terraces with outside shower, sunbeds and parasols. A beautiful and well maintained garden with brick built barbecue and outside sitting area surrounds the villa. The property is enclosed by walls and fence and an automatic gate leads to a cobbled driveway/parking area at the front of the villa. All bedrooms and living room have air-conditioning (heating and cooling). Albufeira town is located within approx. 10 min. drive (6 km). Ground Floor: Entrance hall- Living room (open lounge and dining area) with satellite TV, DVD and patio doors to garden. Fully equipped kitchen with oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, coffee machine, toaster and kettle; 5 bedrooms (2 double, 2 twin).
