Beautiful vacation house in the villa complex in Cala Ratjada, completely equipped for 8 people, approx. 200 m², 4 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room with fireplace, dining room, equipped kitchen, 2 terraces, 1000 m² large garden with big terrace and barbecue. The big garden is a wonderful alternative to the beach. 8 people can comfortably relax in the garden. Sat-TV and stereo system are available. There is central heating for the colder months. Linen and towels are of course available. It is ideal for somebody who looks for relaxation and silence. You can reach the beach within 5 minutes on foot and the town within 8 minutes on foot.

Cala Ratjada is one of the few places on Mallorca which kept some of its original charm. In spite of its infrastructure, the flair of the old fishermen port can still be felt. The ones who look for silence can enjoy the garden, while the ones who want more action in their vacation, can just go into town. The house has an absolutely quiet location, aside from mass tourism, in the villa district of Cala Ratjada. However, there are only 150 m to the sea. You can reach the beach within 6 minutes, and the town within 10 minutes on foot.

Further information: This is a double house with 2 bedrooms, approx. 105 m² per unit, with small garden, living room with open, American kitchen, 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms and 2 terraces. It has a very quiet location, yet it is very close to the sea and to the beach. There are only 150 m to the sea, and you can reach the beach „Son Moll” in approx. 6 minutes on foot. In 10 minutes you can reach the town. The villa district has a very quiet location. The house is well equipped, and we offer convenient offer for longer stays, in the wintertime. It is ideal for somebody who looks for silence and relaxation. The modern double house has 4 beds each and can be booked parallel by larger groups.

Golf: 4 golf courses - reachable within 10 - 15 minutes by car.

Dreckige Matratzen,schimmelige Dusche,teilweise verwohnt (muß mal alles wieder auf vordermann gebracht werden)rund um das Haus Fliegengitter defekt,keine Klimaanlage darum mussten nachts die Fenster offen gelassen werden und ungebetene Gäste stellten sich ein ( eine Ratte kam zum Abendbrot)der Vermieter war nicht einsichtig. Nach mehrmaligen Aufforderungen per Mail und Telefon tat er es ab mit den Worten ,wenn man etwas finden möchte ,findet man auch etwas.Auf eine Rückvergütung warten wir heute noch.

Wir haben im August 2008 10 Tage in Can Dudi verbracht.Es war einfach traumhaft!! Direkte Lage am Meer(5 minuten zum laufen.Wir waren 8 Personen (4 Erwachsene und 4 Teenager) und hatten reichlich Platz in diesem wunderschönen Haus.Das Haus war sehr gepflegt und der nette Kontakt mit den Vermietern hält bis heute an.
