Inside, the villa (70 sqm) is made up of: a big living-room with kitchen, 2 big bedrooms, a small room with a sofa bed, 1 bathroom. In total in the villa can sleep up to 7 people. It has got air conditioning. The garden (80 mq): The north side of the villa has got a little garden, very nice. In the south side there is a terrace. You can find one barbecue sets here too. The pool and the tennis court are inside the smart residence, 20 metres far from the villa.From here you can easily reach Siracusa (in 20 minutes!) and the whole east coast of Sicily but because the highway is 15 minutes away, you can visit other important places like Piazza Armerina, Agrigento, and Palermo too.We wait for you!!!
