75 meters walk to the sea. This large (350m2) architect designed house features a large salt water swimming pool (12m x 4m) in a 1400 square meter plot with abundant vegetation, mixing sun and shade and off-road parking for two cars. The rear has a large shaded outdoor eating area, accessible directly from the kitchen. The house is spacious, with large hall ways both downstairs and upstairs. Downstairs there is a large living/dining area with TV etc. There is a large kitchen with more dining space and a utility area. There are two double bedrooms and one single bedroom, together with two bathrooms. Upstairs there is a large TV room with sea views, master bedroom with ensuite and two further double bedrooms with their own bathroom. On the first floor is a large terrace with shaded areas, chairs and sunloungers and sea views. There is a large open terrace on the roof with good views of the sea and fantastic sunsets.

Welcome to the deep south, the land of bulls, flamenco, sherry, fino, tapas, beach bars, spectacular sunsets, surf, deep sea fishing, sailing, coast walking etc. Just meters from the spectacular Atlantic coast in a prestigious complex (Roche) the house offers easy access to some of the best beaches of Spain – from the golden beach that extends some 10km from the house to the old tuna fishing port of Sancti Petri (watersports etc), the secluded “Calas de Roche”, the surfers paradise at El Palmar, the rugged coastline and lighthouse at Cabo Trafalgar on to the enormous dunes and roman remains at Bolonia and spectacular kite/windsurfing at Tarifa. It is also an easy drive to Cádiz (one of the most atmospheric and vibrant cities this side of La Habana), Tarifa (and the boat to Tanger), Sevilla, and the intriguing white villages, especially the nearby dramatic town of Vejer. Other sights include Sanlucar, the Donaña national park, the Alcornocales national park and Gibraltar.

Notes: Out of season (October through to Easter) the pool is covered and closed. Beware, the house is beautiful, but may be stressful for parents with young adventurous children....There are open stairways, limited protection on terraces, wide open and enticing pool etc. We have children and they don't fall off or in but 'renter beware'. U mm, crawling babies might be a bad idea.
