Brand new fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and microwave. Utility room with washing machine. Five bedrooms (two with air-conditioning units*, all others with fans): two with double beds and three with twin singles. Two bathrooms and two shower rooms. Large private enclosed garden with open countryside views towards the sea. Long covered terrace with dining area. Built-in barbecue. Unique and very large private swimming pool (18m x 4m, 1.2m - 2m deep) with special children's section (0.6m deep). Quinta Virgilio enjoys a delightfully peaceful setting whilst being just a few minutes drive from the beach and a choice of local bars, shops and restaurants in nearby Carvoeiro. Recently modernised, the bright and airy living area opens out onto the dining terrace and large secluded lawned garden via two sets of French windows.
