The apartment is fully air conditioned with central heating to ensure your comfort. Electric shutters keep the sunshine out but allow the air to circulate during the day. The lounge has a 3 seater leather sofa (bed) and a matching 2 seater leather sofa. There is a 32” Sony flat-screen TV and matching DVD; several UK channels are available as well as numerous European digital channels. Parking is available in the secure underground garage with direct lift access to the apartment. The roof terrace is accessible via a private external staircase and here you will find another dining table for 6, shaded by a beautiful pergola, sun loungers and parasol in addition to a built in BBQ with adjacent drinks fridge. Bikes are also available for hire at the apartment. The Resort boasts its own private Beach Club available only to Roda residents and guests and accessible via a boat journey across the Mar Menor. Seasonal (1st June to 31st August)

Our apartment is situated in the beautiful up-and-coming Roda Golf and Beach Resort in the region of Murcia on the Costa Calida. Play golf on the new PGA course, relax by the swimming pools or have a BBQ on the apartment's large roof terrace with panoramic views of the Mar Menor, La Manga, the golf course and the mountains. The clean white sandy beaches of Los Alcazares with its shops restaurants and bars are only 5 minutes away by car, making the apartment ideal for families, couples and golfers throughout the year. Situated 5 mins from Murcia San Javier Airport and 50 mins from Alicante airport, the regional capital of Murcia and historic Cartegena are only 40 and 25mins away respectively. The beautiful Mar Menor covers 170 sq km, with shallow warm waters and a year round temperature a little higher than the nearby Mediterranean. Scattered along the shores are small towns and villages, each offering something for everyone, from sports facilities to beautiful architecture.
