Swimming Pool: The swimming pool is 6 meters (20 feet) large by 12 meters (39 feet) long, from 1.20 meter (4 feet) to 1.5 meters (5 feet) deep. The swimming pool area is equipped with tables, chairs, sun umbrellas, deck chairs, sun loungers and an external shower. By the pool you will also find a bathroom which is equipped with a washbasin and a toilet. From the swimming pool you will have a splendid view of the Tuscan countryside and of the vineyards.
Patio 1: The patio is 40 square meters (430 square feet) large. It is shaded by a porch. It is equipped with a table and chairs. From the patio you will have a partial view of the surrounding countryside.
Patio 2: The patio is 20 square meters (215 square feet) large. It is shaded by a porch. It is equipped with a table and chairs. From the patio you will have a partial view of the swimming pool and of the garden.
Garden: The garden is 5000 square meters (13000 square feet) large. In the garden you will find a barbecue.
Living Room 1: You will find the living room on the ground floor. The floor is paved with terracotta tiles. The furnishings are warm and welcoming, and include some antique pieces. They include three sofas and two armchairs. In this room you will find a satellite television. From the living room you will be able to enter the porch through two double-glazed French doors. The room has two windows. Living Room 2: You will find the living room in an annex, on the ground floor. The floor is paved with Tuscan terracotta tiles. The ceiling is sloping and has characteristic exposed wood beams. The furnishings are warm and welcoming. They include a sofa and a divan bed for one guest. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven and a small refrigerator with freezer. The dining table can accommodate three guests. In this room you will find a satellite television.
Kitchen: You will find the kitchen on the ground floor. The kitchen is well equipped, with a five-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, an American-style coffee-maker (bring your filters!) and a kettle. There is a big fireplace made of bricks. There is a table to seat eight guests. From the kitchen a double-glazed French door will take you to the porch. The room has a window with a partial view of the swimming pool and of the garden.
