Villa Fabia has an interior which preserves the beautiful structure of a Nineteenth-century countryside house.
Its thick stone walls keep it naturally cool and fresh during summer.
Once through the large arched main door of the house, a gracious and spacious living-room with red couches placed around an old fireplace will greet you welcome. From such living-room, you will be able to reach a small corridor leading to a twin bedroom and a bathroom with shower.
From that living-room you will be able to reach another living-room which is quite spacious and also divided in two by a brick arch. In one side you will find a large masonry kitchen, a dining table, and a patio door which gives access to the portico and the garden. The kitchen is well-equipped and it features a four-burner stove, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a fridge, and an oven.
The second part of this living-room is furnished with a large square-shaped couch in the middle of the room. A small corridor will enable you to reach a double bedroom. Moreover, you will find a patio door leading to the garden, the area equipped with the wood-fired oven and barbecue, and a staircase to reach the upper level.
On the upper floor, you will find a second elegant living area furnished with nineteenth-century sofas placed in front of a large and age-old fireplace. Here you will also find a double divan bed. From this living-room, you will be able to reach two bedrooms, one being a double room and the other being a twin bedroom. Both bedrooms have patio doors leading to a large terrace overlooking the garden and the swimming-pool, furnished with tables and chairs. The double bedroom has a bathroom with bathtub inside. In addition, the upper floor also has another bathroom with shower. The villa is equipped with satellite-dish television.
Villa Fabia is completely furnished and decorated in minute details. The careful selection of furniture and antique objects renders it cozy and enthralling. You will feel as if welcomed in an old house belonging to a friend.
