Living Room 1: You will find the living room on the ground floor. The floor is paved with Tuscan terracotta tiles. The ceiling has characteristic exposed wood beams and terraccotta tiles. The furnishings are warm and welcoming. They include a sofa and two armchairs. There is a big fireplace made of bricks and Firenzuola stone. The dining table can accommodate eight guests. In this room you will find a satellite television. From the living room you will be able to enter the patio through a French door. The room has two windows with a view of the garden and of the hills. Living Room 2: You will find the living room on the first floor. The floor is paved with Tuscan terracotta tiles. The ceiling has characteristic exposed wood beams and terraccotta tiles. The furnishings are warm and welcoming. They include a sofa and a divan that unfolds into a double bed. There is a practical fireplace made of bricks. In the living room you will also find a cooking area.
Kitchen: You will find the kitchen on the ground floor. You will be able to enter it from the living room through a brickwork arched opening. It is well equipped, with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker and an American-style coffee-maker (bring your filters!). There is a table to seat six guests. The kitchen has a window with a view of the garden.
Swimming Pool - The swimming pool is 5 meters (16 feet) large by 12 meters (39 feet) long, from 1.30 meter (4.3 feet) to 1.7 meters (5.6 feet) deep. The swimming pool area is equipped with sun umbrellas and sun loungers. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a broad view of the hills of Val D'Orcia and of the hills of Valdichiana.
Patio - You will be able to enter the patio from the living room through a French door. It is equipped with a table, chairs and a sun umbrella. From the patio you will enjoy an enchanting view of the garden.
Terrace - The terrace is at the first floor. It is 10 square meters (107 square feet) large. You will be able to enter it from the living room through a French door. It is equipped with a table, chairs, a sun umbrella and sun loungers. From the terrace you will enjoy a charming view of the hills of Val D'Orcia and of the surrounding countryside.
Garden - The garden is partly shaded by trees. In the garden you will find a barbecue. From the garden you will enjoy a splendid view of the Tuscan countryside.
