Villa Amanda is a villa of 80 square meters (approximately 860 square feet) which sleeps six persons. It has terraces, a small garden, a swimming pool and a wide and splendid view of the sea and of the coast. It is located in the high part of the historical centre of Praiano, in a pedestrian precinct.
Praiano is a lovely ancient village, which lies on a round promontory covered by the vegetation, which drops steeply towards the sea.
The villa is built on two levels, and it is equipped with air conditioning, Jacuzzi whirlpool bath tub and satellite television.
It has two bedrooms with a double bed, a living room with a divan bed that sleeps two, a kitchen and two bathrooms. One of the bathrooms has a Jacuzzi whirlpool bath tub; the other one has a shower.
You will reach the villa entering a terrace of 50 square meters (approximately 540 square feet), which has a wide view of the sea and of the coast.
The terrace is equipped with a brickwork bench, garden furniture and a portable barbecue.
From the terrace a few steps will take you to a small paved garden with a swimming pool and a view of the sea.
From the terrace you will enter the living room, which is equipped with table, chairs, divan bed, and satellite television.
From one side of the living room you will be able to enter the kitchen, from the other a small access area where the doors of one of the two bedrooms with double bed and of the bathroom.
The bedroom with a double bed has a small private terrace covered by an arch from where you will be able to enjoy a wide seascape. The bathroom is equipped with a whirlpool bath tub.
The kitchen is equipped with four-burner cooker, oven, microwave oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.
From the kitchen a stairway will take you upstairs.
Here there is a small bedroom with a double bed, which is 145 cm (57 inches) large, and a bathroom with shower. From the bedroom you will be able to enter a roof terrace of 50 square meters (540 square feet) which has a 360-degree view of the sea and of the coast.
The villa is elegantly furnished. The ceilings have rich fresco decorations and the floors and the bathrooms are tiled with lucid majolica tiles made by local artisans.
It is approximately 2 km (1.2 miles) from the sea by car, and 1 km (half a mile) on foot. The beach is at approximately 2 km (1.2 miles).
