Villa Chiaretta C is a characteristic ancient house located on a hillside, facing the sea. It sleeps six people and is approximately 70 square meters (750 square feet). It features a shared swimming pool, a private garden, air conditioning and winter heating. Villa Chiaretta C is one of the units available in the small complex known as Villa Chiaretta. It is located on the ground floor of the building. You will reach it from the street level going down an external stairway which consists of approximately 12 steps.

Garden: The garden is 20 square meters (215 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by olive trees. You will be able to reach it from the living room and from the kitchen. It is equipped with a table, chairs, deck chairs and sun loungers. Swimming Pool: The swimming pool is 5 meters (16 feet) large by 16 meters (52 feet) long, from 1 meter (3.3 feet) to 1.8 meters (6 feet) deep. The swimming pool area is equipped with chairs, sun umbrellas, deck chairs, sun loungers and an external shower. From the swimming pool you will have an enchanting view of the coast and of the sea at a distance. You will share the pool with other guests staying at the complex, as well as with non-resident guests. It is open from the beginning of April until the end of October.

Living Room: The ceiling of the living room has characteristic exposed wood beams. The furnishings are simple and comfortable. They include two single divan beds. The dining table can accommodate six guests. In this room you will find a television. From the living room you will be able to enter the patio and the garden through a French door. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. Kitchen: The kitchen is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer and an Italian-style coffee-maker. There is a table to seat two guests. From the kitchen a French door will take you to the patio and the garden.
