This beautiful detached villa with 4 large bedrooms is situated in the pretty village of Armissan located in heart of the regional park between the Mediterranean beaches and Narbonne. The tranquil village nestles amongst the vineyards and boasts a boulangerie, artisan boucherie, local shop, wine cave and post office all within a 5 min walk. The open-plan spacious villa is tastefully decorated and comprises of: lounge-dining area, 3 shower/bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, conservatory, study & TV room (can be used as a further bedroom). It is fully equipped with English and French TV, DVD and CD players, broadband internet access and telephone. The pretty gardens and terraces with BBQ offers areas to relax, dine, chill-out, and a trampoline for the children. The secluded private pool can be enclosed with a retractable dome cover for safety and to maintain a constant high temperature in the Summer. Sunloungers shaded by the pine trees and olive trees are adjacent to the pool.

The pretty tranquil wine-growing village of Armissan is nestled in the regional park. You can walk and mountain bike directly from the villa across the garrigue, pine forests and vineyards. From the top of the massif there are spectacular mountain and sea views. The sandy white beaches are a 10min drive away where attractions include restaurants, shops, water-sports, water-park, go-karting and horse-riding. A short drive inland is the Roman town of Narbonne with its famed Le Halle food market, beautiful canal du Robin and imposing 11th Century cathedral. There is also a large out of town shopping complex with hypermarket, sports and clothes shops. A range of day trips could include exploring the Cathar castles, wine-tasting around the local domaines, walking in the Pyrennees, visiting the Safari Park. A wide range of outdoor sporting activities are available in the area, including golf, tennis, white-water rafting, canoeing, aerial adventure park.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Prices are in pounds sterling and are for 7 nights starting Saturday 4pm and ending the following Saturday 10am. Prices are inclusive of electricity, water, linen, bath and hand towels . Mid-stay cleaning available on request Different changeover days are possible out of season.

    A non refundable deposit of 25% of the rental price is required to secure the booking. The balance of the rental is due 8 weeks prior to arrival along with a £500 refundable damage deposit.

    Discounts are available for longer term lets out of season.
