In our 19th century Maison de Maitre we can offer a newly appointed apartment made up of bedroom, shower room, fully equipped kitchen and salon overlooking the garden and pool. There is a sofa-bed in the salon so up to 4 people can be accommodated. There is air-conditioning, central heating, TV/DVD player and WiFi. Your privacy is ensured but we are on hand for advice and information if you wish. We have lived in France for 20 years and my husband Tony Tidswell has written many internet articles about our life here, you may have come across his ramblings. Montblanc is 5 minutes from the A9, exit 34, and the new A75 is currently about 10 minutes away. So we are well placed for visiting local towns - Pezenas and Beziers are both 12 kms away - and also for travelling further afield to Montpellier an Nimes, or south to Narbonne, Perpignan and Spain. We are surrounded by vineyards which produce excellent wine and the local area is rich in fresh produce.

Montblanc is a busy Languedoc village with 2 boulangeries, chemist, small supermarket, Post Office, greengrocer, bar, estate agent, pizza, wine producers and weekly market. Pezenas and Beziers are both 12 kms away, and there are Mediterranean beaches 20 minutes away. A good base for visiting major historical sites such as Carcassonne, Cathar Castles, Nimes and Pont du Gard.
