Our spacious 3 bedded semi-detached house is situated on the championship La Finca Golf Course and boasts stunning views of the golf course and the natural surrounding area. The house has been tastefully furnished, downstairs there are 2 twin bedrooms (both with ceiling fans and one with aircon), family bathroom with toilet, bidet and bath with shower. The kitchen is equipped with fridge/freezer, oven/hob/microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. The air conditioned lounge/diner is extremely spacious and boasts a 6 metre high ceiling, open fireplace, TV (English channels) and DVD. Upstairs the air conditioned double bedroom also has a high ceiling, a private terrace and a luxurious ensuite bathroom. The house has its own terrace and private garden and is equipped with a security alarm. The community swimming pool is right next to the house. Restaurants, bars, a gym and a British supermarket are just a 5 minute walk from the house.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Prices are for the property, not per person and include towels and bed linen (please bring own beach/pool towels)
    A £100 (per week) non refundable deposit is required at the time of booking, balance to be paid 6 weeks prior to the holiday.
    A refundable damage deposit of £150 is required with the balance.
    A cleaning charge of 50 Euros is also required with the balance.
  • Cancellation policy - more than 6 weeks loss of deposit, 4 to 6 weeks 50% refund plus deposit, 2 to 4 weeks 25% refund plus deposit, less than 2 weeks no refund but deposit will be refunded.
  • Airport transfers can be arranged if required and a grocery welcome pack can be provided for your arrival for 20 Euros.

Established in 2001, this 18 hole par 74 golf course was designed by Jose Gancedo. It is highly rated by the leading golf web sites and magazines. Facilities include: pitching green, putting green, driving range, restaurant, buggy hire, clubhouse, changing rooms, showers, club rental, pro shop, tuition. Reduced rates for Course Master clients. The luxury La Finca Golf Hotel and Spa, gourmet restaurants and tennis facilities opened in 2009. There are 3 other prestigious courses nearby - Villamartin, Las Ramblas, Campomar, with La Manga only a 40 minute drive.
