This apartment has been restored with special care to details (decorative beams, fired-brick and wooden floors) and the well-preserved furniture of rural tradition has belonged to the family for centuries. The guests can expect a free and independent stay in a healthy environment. For open air relaxation, the apartment is provided with its own pergola and garden. The swimming pool is on a natural terrace perfect for sunbathing. Parva Domus Apartment 1: this three-room apartment is 90m2 and is on the second floor.

This three-room apartment is 90m2 and is on the second floor. There is a large kitchen-living room with a three-seater sofa-bed, fireplace and balcony. There are two separate bedrooms and a bathroom. In the main bedroom there is a king size bed and the beautiful furniture dates back to the beginning of the 20th century. The second bedroom has two single beds in cast iron and furniture dating back to the end of the 19th century.

An excellent location to explore this region of Italy. The appartment is well-appointed and in an idyllic situation being peaceful and in pleasant countryside. Our hosts (Carlo and Anna) are always helpful and have an extensive knowledge of the local area and history of the region. The coast is in easy reach with extensive facilities available (Senigallia and San Benedetto) or more secluded if needed (Sirolo). There are many hill-top towns worth exploring, again with an easy drive. The restaurant Le Betulle (about 20min drive) is a must - ask Carlo for directions. The restaurant offers a wide range if fresh local fish and for the adventurous the fixed price menu is excellent value and extensive (you may need a rest mid-way through the 5 courses!!!). Highly recommended.

We have had five holidays in this beautiful farmstay and will return again. For us, a photographer and a keen cook, Parva Domus offers everything we need. The apartment is well-appointed, with pleasant areas for dining and relaxing outdoors. It is only five minutes walk to the historical town centre and a comprehensive range of shops. Within easy driving distances you can reach the sea, the mountains, the Frasassi Caves, and many small hilltop villages. There are also sizeable cities within 15-75 minutes driving. Our hosts, Carlo and Anna Carotti, are very kind, with a genuine interest in their guests. They have a wealth of knowledge of the region, local history, the places and activities of interest, the countryside and the gastronomy.
