Portion of a 16th century villa above Fiesole, with sprawling views. The renovation has been completed in May 2009. Large eat-in kitchen fully equipped, living room with fireplace, long corridor which leads to the master bedroom suite with its own mosaic bathroom and dressing room, second bedroom with large bathroom with tub. From the kitchen there is access to a huge terrace overlooking Florence with large table for outdoor dining. and from the terrace the steps lead to the pool area. The pool is 12 x 6 meter with a pietra serena border. The areal views of Florence are from every window, the terrace and the pool. The house has central gas heating and hot water and is available for weekly rentals all year round.
