There is a fully fitted and equipped kitchen with dishwasher, electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge freezer, crockery, cutlery, ovenware, etc. There is also a utility area with washing machine, 1 family bathroom upstairs plus an ensuite shower room downstairs.

Moraira:
Moraira town is a very pretty town set on the beach. The many restaurants and cafes cater for the needs of all ages. The beach is picturesque, with its golden sand, blue seas, and views of the Calpe Ifach rock, it really sets the scene. There is a weekly market in Moraira on a Friday morning and in Javea on a Thursday morning.
