In the newly built house are two appealing and aesthetic furnished holiday flats with 50-55 m² living space. They are centrally heated and have 1 or 2 bedrooms. Both have a living room with a sofa, an integrated kitchenette and dining corner, bathroom (shower, toilet, bidet), 4 or 8 m² balcony and the south east side, satellite TV and telephone. Internet access is provided in the house. The equipment accords to the quality category of 4 stars and includes linen, towels and beach towels, linen for the kitchen (change on need). As well as the coffee machine, toaster and stove are available in the kitchen; the hairdryer and washing dryer are not missing in the bathroom. A storage room for your utensils, bicycles etc. Washing machine and dryer as well as a parking space are in front of the house for your decree. You can grill in the garden and there is a place to play for the children.

• The prices are informative. For undergraduates we allow an special discount. Minimum stay is 2 days. On inquiries we make individual offers for a stay over 7 days which is dependent on the term of lease. Long-time renters (over 4 weeks) get a lucrative offer. Very recommendable to seniors.
  
• To the mentioned prices we charge at a stay of a minimum of 7 days 15 € fort he final cleaning. The visitor’s tax costs 1 € per adult, children since the age of 7 cost 0,50 € per day.
  
• Breakfast on former arrangement 7 € per person. Pets (cats only in a box) 8 € per day or after arrangement.

Your holiday domicile is located in the National Park Reserve Triglav in a small village with 100 inhabitants. Apart from the main road, far away from the traffic. S small store round the corner offers everything what is needed for a self-made breakfast (fresh buns, milk, sausage, fruits and beverages). Further stores and well civic taverns, pizza stores are 1 km apart. There are 4km to the lake with its crystal clear water and 21 up to 24° in the summer. Hiking in the valley or on the mountains – you can do it in front of the house. A new achievement is the great water park with large slides, swimming pools, Jacuzzi, sauna, solarium – the right for a rainy day, only 4 km away. In the venue you can ride on Iceland horses, the riding stable offers riding lessons.

Winter offers of Bohinj

For the longs good, well-kept slopes in the whole upper valley and lower valley are provided. On the Pokljuka (15 km) are slope of the biathlon worlds champions chip. Ski region Senozeti 1 km, very suitable for children. Ski region Kobla 6 km. Ski region Vogel 8 km. Ski and toboggan area Soriska Planina 18 km. Ice-skating and ice-climbing at the lake.
