The complex has a communal pool, and a children's pool and play area together with a small gym and sauna. This modern apartment is fully air conditioned with a comfortable lounge area and spacious terrace facing the pool area with sea views. This tastefully furnished 2 bed apartment comes complete with fully fitted kitchen area and breakfast bar, leading onto dining area with table and chairs and then onto comfortable lounge area including TV/DVD with patio doors leading onto large terrace complete with patio furniture and sunbeds. The main bedroom has 5ft double bed and fitted wardrobes and safety deposit box with patio doors leading onto terrace. The second bedroom has 2 single beds and fitted wardrobes. The apartment is situated on the outskirts of Kappris and Paralimni and if you enjoy walking the popular resort of Kapparis and its peaceful small coves and sandy beaches are only 10 mins walk away. Kennedy Street with its many shops bars and restaurants which are open all year round is only 10 mins walk. The apartments have sea views and enjoy the spectacular veiw of Famagusta, famously known as the ' Ghost Town'. The popular tourist resort of Protaras which is also kown for the popular beach of Fig Tree Bay, with lots of choice of water sports,restuarants,shops and nightlife 5 mins drive away. You can also visit Cape Greco well known for its large nature reserve and the beautiful beach at Konus Bay. The well known resort of Ayia Napa with its many nightclubs and Nissi Bay is approx 15 mins drive. There is a local bus and taxi service which runs from Kapparis to all the resorts.Trips/excursions can be booked locally, to the Troodos Mountains,Larnaka Market,Waterparks and Nicosia.

  • 20% non refundable deposit secures all bookings together with £100 deposit to cover breakages(this is payable with the final amount and will be returned 7 days after departure). Final payment will become due 3 weeks prior to arrival. Booking for groups of all Male/Female will not be accepted. If upon arrival tennents are found to be a group they will not be able to gain entry and no refund will be given.
  • Welcome packages are available at an extra cost of £15 or £30 (details on request).
    A 24hr bakery is only 10 min walk away.
  • Car hire and taxi service to and from the airport ( details are available on request).
