a Rosa Lodge is situated in the picturesque town of Wilderness in the heart of the Garden Route. The villa is perfectly positioned in a beach front security village (as featured on 'Top Billing'). It offers luxury self-catering accommodation for the whole family less than 2 minutes away from the boardwalk to the beach. Da Rosa Lodge offers four spacious bedrooms (sleeps eight people) and four en-suite bathrooms spaced over three levels, which boasts with separate toilets, showers, baths, African-styled basins and a six man jacuzzi. The middle floor hosts an open-plan dining room and lounge with lovely views of surrounding mountains. The fully equipped kitchen (which includes a stove, cooking utensils, dishwasher, washing machine, and tumble drier) has the necessary facilities to cook any meal.

The Garden Route is a paradise for eco-lovers, bird watchers and solitude seekers and one of the most beautiful parts of the Western Cape. The Garden Route has a Mediterranean Maritime climate, with moderately hot summers, and mild to chilly winters. It is one of the richest rainfall areas, most of which occurs in the winter months, brought by the humid sea-winds from the Indian ocean. Any time of the year is good for visiting the Garden Route area, depending if you enjoy a peaceful retreat during the winter months, or a bustling holiday destination during the summer.

Large aluminum windows and sliding doors (leading to balconies) allow the guest a spectacular view of the surrounding mountains and the Garden Estate. The thatched roof and poplar beams blend nicely with the rural feeling that the estate creates. One is left with a feeling of tranquillity - being part of nature- Africa. The house combines contemporary bathroom furnishings such as travertine with a classical Victorian style. All bathrooms are very large and boast with comfortable baths, showers and bidets.
