The apartment is light and bright and very spacious. Offering one roomy double bedroom with study and two bathroom. Featuring a generous living area furnished with modern Italian taste and a well designed kitchen fully equipped. The apartment is fully furnished throughout with all comforts. Two secure entrances to the house are positioned on a lovely balcony over looking the quiet courtyard in perfect 'Old Milan' style. Suitable for 2/3 persons is on a 4th floor with no elevator. Conveniently located close to the city center, only 15 minutes walk from 'Porta Ticinese' and the picturesque 'Naviglio Grande', the 13th century channel once used to ship goods into the city and now a lively quarter full of restaurant, cafes and pubs. Metro station (Green Line No. 2) and bus stop ( Bus No. 3, 15, 47, 59, 71, 90, 91) are within walking distance and will take you anywhere in the city.

  • A 30% bond of the total amount must be paid at the time of booking as a warranty. Payment bank

  • The shortest term will be three days rent up to several weeks. Daily price for two person is 120,00 for 3 person is 135,00, for 4 person is 150,00 euro
    and includes all expenses except the professional cleaning and laundry at the end of the
    stay. Internet access is for free.
    Expenses are excluded for the final cleaning house 25.00 euro and the provision of linen 10.00 per person.
