Additional information about rental rates

  • A 500 euros deposit is required to secure a booking, only on receipt of this will the booking be secure. A 500 euros refundable damage deposit is also required. The rest of the rental and the refundable damage deposit must be paid no later than 8 weeks before arrival. The refundable damage deposit will be returned by Bank transfer no later than 10 days after departure.
  • We will not rent to a group leader under 25 years of age.
    The rent is reserved exclusively for the people named on the confirmation and no other persons whatsoever are permitted to stay there unless this has been agreed with me in writing.
    There are restrictions on the number of teenagers in any one booking. Non smokers only. Heating is charged as per usage.

Notes: This is our family retreat and so it has been furnished with love. There are plenty of books and games in the house. Outside is a large, gazebo covered dining area with dining table and chairs - perfect for outdoor dining. There is also a gazebo by the pool, providing shade when needed.
