This is a brand new, luxury detached property: tastefully decorated throughout, there are three well appointed bedrooms with three bathrooms and a private pool. The downstairs living area has a comfortable seating area with TV, a dining table and a fully equipped kitchen including large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave etc. The villa sits in the middle of its own garden, with a spacious patio and private pool. This villa offers the best of both worlds: beach and golf are a short drive away, yet with a private pool you could spend days relaxing at the villa. We have priced this villa competitively as it is new to the market. As a new build, some of the planting has not yet grown in, so the price reflects this. The villa is nonetheless a very high spec, comfortable family holiday home. Golf information: Praia del Rey golf is under 10 minutes away. Bom Successo Golf course is now open and is the closest to the Villa, at around 5 minutes.

Less than an hour’s drive from Lisbon Airport, the Silver Coast is still largely undiscovered and unspoiled. This villa at Pinhal Village is situated by the Obidos Lagoon. This a large, salt water lake with a family-friendly Blue Flag beach at its mouth (a 5 minute drive from the villa). A nature reserve surrounds the development with numerous trails, and a new cycling/jogging path around the lagoon. The Silver Coast is known for its medieval towns and authentic fishing villages. Obidos itself is a charming walled town with bars and restaurants, and local shops lining its cobbled streets.The fishing village of Peniche is nearby - early risers can watch the daily catch be brought in, then sample it in one of the local restaurants. The Lagoon offers many beach side bars and restaurants. The world class, cliff-top Praia D'El Rey golf course and the new championship Bom Sucesso golf course are both a sub-10 minute drive away. The location is unusually ideal for families & golfers alike.

The ground floor living area also features a large, double sofa bed, giving this property the flexibility to accommodate eight guests in comfort.
