This is a Luxury 3 bedroom villa on Chatham Park in Kissimmee, just 2 minutes from Hwy 192, and is ideal for shopping and restaurants, with Disney on your doorstep. The villa is fenced at the back, making the pool area nice and private. The villa has a Master bedroom with en suite, a twin bedded room, and a third bedroom with a double bed. There is also a second bathroom between bedrooms 2 and 3. The kitchen is well equipped and has a breakfast area with a separate dining area. There is also a dishwasher, washing machine and drier. The villa has an excellent Property Management Company who will offer help and advice on all that there is to see and do, should this be your first visit.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Payment can be accepted by personal cheque i Pounds Sterling or in US Dollar equivalent, depending on the home country of the renter. We are able to offer special rates for long term bookings i.e. one month and over.
  • Pool heating is available at an extra charge of £75 per week.
  • A booking deposit of £100 per week is required to reserve the villa. Payment of the full rental charge is required no later than 9 weeks prior to arrival. For bookings made within the 8 week period before arrival, the full rental charge plus £100 per week refundable Security Deposit is payable upon booking. A booking form will be sent with full details.
