Sea Front 2 Bedroom (sleeps 6), Ground floor apartment in an elegant 1930`s building. Excellent decorative order with all modern conveniences (Cable TV, DVD, Stereo CD, High-speed WiFi internet access). Large Terrace with full Sea Views, ideal for eating/sunbathing 2 bathrooms (one ensuite, fully renovated in 2008) A/C & Central heating. Fully doubleglazed for security, silence and insulation. All windows & doors have electric roller shutters. Both bedrooms are very spaceous, each with a large wardrobe. Private, secure common parking Walking distance to all amenities, Palais de Festival, Rue D`Antibes & especially the beach & sea.

This apartment is situated right on the Sea-front in Cannes; there are Public & a number of Private beaches across the road. The Private beaches all have bars/restaurants and serviced sunbeds. There are a wide selection of restaurants along the seafront, starting 100m from the apartment. The public park beside the apartment has a children's play area & boules area. The Palais de Festival is no more than 900m and Rue d'Antibes 1km - both a 10-15 minute walk. There are many tourist trips available in Cannes - a tour of Cannes itself taking in the famous hotels along the Croisette, the old town of Le Suquet, the Palais des Festivals & the various markets (Forville). Boat trips to the Islands and St.Tropez leave from the pier about 500m form the apartment. Cannes rail station is about 2km (20-25min) walk and has regular services to Nice, Monaco and Nothern Italy. All the major car rental companies operate in Cannes; there is also a local car rental agency beside the apartment.
