Son Vida is a lovingly furnished 100 m² estate chalet at the end of a small street. It has several terraces and a private pool on a 350 m² property. The house has everything you could wish for, there is a spacious living room with HiFi and satellite TV, 2 bedrooms, fully-equipped American kitchen with dishwasher, electric cooker and oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, espresso machine etc., a friendly, spacious bathroom and a covered breakfast terrace as well as a sunny pool terrace on the ground floor. There is a spacious studio with sitting area, its own bathroom with shower and a sunny roof terrace as well as a separate entrance on the top floor. The house is suitable for 5 people. The house is air conditioned and can be heated upon request. There are several terraces, one of which is covered, a wonderful sunny roof terrace with ocean and mountain panoramic view and an idyllic pool terrace.

Pueblo Las Flores is located in Cala Murada, that means 'walled-in bay' in Majorcan, and as the name says, the golden sand beach is protected by two rock hooks. The foothills of the Serra de Lievant slide tentatively to the coast and create an unusually exciting and diverse scenery. Softly rolling hills and fields with almond and olive trees distinguish the landscape and the almond blossoms in February turn this section of coast line into an watercolour of pink and white. Here you will find the characteristic, deeply cut bays with crystal-clear water, the 'Calas'. There is a beautiful beach pub, where you can have a good dinner, a shower, WC and a small place to rent boats. There are many bays and beaches going in either direction (Porto Colom/Porto Cristo) from Cala Murada, there is really something for everyone. Porto Colom (9 km) is a small, friendly harbour town.

Einfach schön!

Wir können dieses Haus nur empfehlen! Waren mit 4 Erwachsenen und einem Kleinkind dort, wofür das Haus u.a. echt gut ausgestattet ist (Abtrennung zum Pool, Kinderhochstuhl, Kinderreisebett). Da das Wetter mitgespielt hat, konnten wir auch die Vorzüge des Pools voll genießen und fanden es aber auch klasse, dass das Meer so nah ist und wir mit unserem 1 1/2 jährigen Sohn immer ohne Probleme für eine Stunde an den Strand konnten und auch schnell wieder daheim waren.
Essenstechnisch sind wir gerne in Portocolom, wo es an der Hafenpromenade mehrere gute Restaurants gibt, haben aber auch öfters auf der Terasse gegrillt und den Sommer genossen. Kommen gerne wieder!

P.S.: Wir waren Ende Juni dort und hatten keine Baustelle bzw. in den direkten Nebenhäusern war wohl zu dieser Zeit niemand.

Wir können das Haus nur weiterempfehlen; wir selbst waren nur zu zweit dort, es können jedoch ohne Probleme 4 Erwachsene und 1 - 2 (Klein-)Kinder unterkommen. Die Inneneinrichtung ist mit viel Liebe gestaltet (IKEA-Fans willkommen!!), so dass alles vorhanden war, was nötig ist, um einen schönen und entspannten Urlaub zu verbringen.

Von der Cala Murada aus kommt man mit dem Pkw einfach überall hin; so ist man in ca. 50 - 60 Minuten in Palma und in ca. 20 - 25 Minuten an traumhaften Badebuchten weiter südlich.
In der ruhigen Ortsmitte finden sich zwei bis drei sehr nette Restaurants, welche von uns getestet wurden; hier sind die Pizzeria und das "La Dorada" uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert;
für Joggingfans sind die möglichen Strecken z.T. sehr hügelig (bis zu 15% Steigung!), aber auf jeden Fall machbar!

Einziger Kritikpunkt war zu unserer Zeit eine Baustelle in unmittelbarer Nähe, welche nach Auskunft des Vermieters jedoch zur Hauptreisezeit einen Baustopp erhalten soll;

Wer einen erholsamen und stressfreien Urlaub in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft von überwiegend dt. Ferienhausbesitzern verbringen will, ist hier goldrichtig!
