Couyoula is situated at the end of its own lane in grounds of 4 acres that enjoy total privacy and uninterrupted views of the surrounding countryside. There is a 12x5m heated pool with electric cover and underwater lighting. There is also a floodlit boules pitch set in an ivy clad open barn. The house is centrally heated and offers luxury modern living whilst retaining the original character stone and oak beam features. The ground level is tiled in stone (with underfloor heating) and uppers levels are finished in solid oak. All 4 bedrooms are large and all have full en suite facilities. With a view to families sharing, the second double bedroom is of the same quality as the master suite. The 30ft kitchen features a 12ft oak dining table & leads directly out onto a covered dining area. Conveniently situated only 10 minutes from the small bastide town of Caylus and an easy drive to the beautiful towns of St Antonin Noble Val, Najac, St Cirq Lapopie and Cordes Sur Ciel.
