Two well equipped modern ground floor apartments next door to each other which would suit friends or families wishing to holiday together. Each apartment has its own walled garden with lockable gate and direct access to the swimming pools. The complex is peaceful and well maintained. Air conditioning is in all rooms. There is shared access to 8 swimming pools including a toddler’s pool. Marina D’Or II is a quiet main resort in Cala D’Or and is only a short walk from the busy multinational Marina. A stone’s throw away are restaurants, bars, banks/ATM, supermarket, mini golf, modern indoor swimming pool, taxi rank and car hire facilities. A road train is available and provides a 20 minute journey around the town and will even take you directly to the beach in Cala Mandrago National Park.

Ground floor apartment having a master bedroom with large double bed, fitted wardrobes, air conditioning and views to garden. Second bedroom has twin beds, air conditioning and fitted wardrobes with fitted safe. Bath with shower, lavatory, double basins and bidet. Kitchen with fitted oven, hob, microwave. It includes an extensive range of accessories including toaster and kettle. Washing room includes a washing machine and clothes airier/drier. 6 seater dining table within air-conditioned sitting room with satellite TV, DVD player and CD player. The sitting room has a sofa bed sufficient for two people. This leads to sliding glass doors to sun terrace that receives the sun all day leading to the garden with waist high walls and lockable gate leading to the pools within the complex. Showers are available in the pool complex area.

All that you may require for enjoying a relaxed but fun packed holiday are on your doorstep. Cala Egos is a suburb of Cala D’Or and provides the best of both worlds – shops, nightlight, beaches and family activities at your fingertips and peace and relaxation within the complex. Both Cala Egos and Cala D’Or provide an extensive range of shops and restaurants as well as those at the beach and marina (the latter has more expensive restaurants). The large supermarket is in central Cala D’Or but a perfectly acceptable supermarket is 2 minutes walk from the apartments supplying most daily self-catering needs. The Island of Mallorca [provides a whole range of outdoor pursuits, local markets and sightseeing. It is up to you the visitor as to how much of the island you wish to explore. Car hire is not essential and you might consider daily rentals for trips perhaps.

  • Prices are per apartment per week in UK pounds. Payment can be made by cheque or direct BACS transfer. No other currencies are accepted. Written confirmation of booking is provided with written receipt of deposit/payment.
  • Bookings are accepted by e mail following completion of booking form and are held for 3 working days pending receipt of 25% deposit. Balance plus £100 refundable damage deposit required 8 weeks prior to holiday departure date. Directions from Palma airport and a map are included in the information sent out with the keys 7 days prior to departure. Clients are sent conditions of booking and are required to read and sign such conditions at the time of booking.

Further details on the surrounding area: The most popular beach is at Cala Egos and like most of the beaches in the area, this is a cove beach. It is just 5 minutes walk away and has palm trees for shade and a small beach bar. There is a new municipal indoor swimming pool also 5 minutes walk in the opposite direction and a small children activity play area. The gardens and pool area within the complex provide a haven of relaxation with communal shower facilities. The garden attached to each apartment has ample space and has waist high walls and a lockable gate. The secure gated complex has private parking and restricted entry so keys are sent privately via the post and remote control access fobs are kept in the apartment for guest use after arrival. A road train service is available to take you to the National Park beach of Cala Mandrago which is a lively beach with excellent bars and cafes.

Additoinal Information :

Golf: For golf enthusiasts, there are two golf courses nearby - Val d'Or Gold Club and Son Antem are 18 hole courses with stunning views. There are also local tennis clubs and courts can be hired by the day. If you are lucky, you may even catch Rafa practicing!
