Modern 3 bed villa with all modern fittings, Enormous kitchen with dishwasher,f ridge/freezer and all the electrical gadgets you could want. Main living room has plasma TV, CD, DVD, video player, WI FI internet connection. Also a large sofa bed if more sleeping room is required. 3 large bedrooms, 2 double with ensuite full bathrooms, 1 with 2 single beds with adjoining shower room. Large flyscreened terrace with easy chairs and large table and chairs for outside dining. Outside is jacuzzi which seats 6 with ease; sit at night with a glass of wine and watch the shooting stars or try and count the satellites, large swimming pool and 11acres of land to explore. Next to the villa are mountain tracks to explore, walk or ride. Horse carriage rides are available depending on weather and horse. Temperature between 35 and 40 degrees Celsius, seldom rains.

Mountain location, within easy reach of local town, supermarkets, restaurants theatre and amenities. Tranquil setting ideal walking, mountain biking, 2 bikes at villa, or just relaxing, horse carriage ride by arrangement with owner. Secluded enough for naturists. Private heated swimming pool and jacuzzi. Granada 2 hours drive away, marvellous moorish history. Other places within an hour drive, Lorca, good shopping and excellent castle and visitor centre, the Los Velez area National Park, Castle, Prehistoric Cave paintings. Sea view, 50km away, here are good beaches and night life, golf courses and water parks. July and August are fiesta months there is always a party going on locally.

Notes: Not suitable for non supervised toddlers.Living accomodation all on one level and suitable for wheelchair although access to swimming pool is via a wide stairway.Owners are on site if needed as horses are kept on site in a totatally separate cellar apartment,to ensure the total privacy of those on holiday.They are more than willing to help or offer advise if needed.,The, stables are situated 500metres from the villa,.Carriage and picnic rides are available by private arrangement.This is very rural but not isolated and is suitable for naturists as it is not overlooked.A mobile beautician can be arranged if you want pampering and a sports masseur is on site to ease away those aches and pains.The jacuzzi is kept at a comfortable temperature but can be adjusted to suit individual requirements.Airport pick ups can be arranged but a car is essential,local car hire firms are cheaper but need to be booked well in advance.A welcome back can be provided taylored to individual requirements.
