This property is a new acquisition for the owners. They will be spending all of December and January adding to the furnishings, décor and making it perfect for your holiday in the Florida Keys. No detail will be overlooked. All you will need to bring is your personal items. Everything else will already be here. Bedding is King, Queen, Queen, Queen, Futon.
Vacation Rental Details: Rent is $3800 to $4800/month depending on the season. Additional fees include: $250 exit cleaning fee; $35 processing fee; 12.5% state and local taxes. A security deposit of $1200 is required. The security deposit is refunded after a damage free inspection following departure. Utility Caps/Mo: There is a cap on the utilities of $300 for electricity and $100 for water. The owner pays up to this amount. If there is an overage, the amount will be deducted from the security deposit and a copy of the bill will be provided. Rates and fees are subject to change prior to confirmation of reservation.
