Elmbank is a ground floor conversion of a traditional Victorian Villa. It boasts stunning views of the Kyles of Bute. It is situated in the village of Tighnabruaich on the western shores of the Kyles of Bute. It is a popular area for sailing & watersports amid outstanding scenery. There is a delightful 9 hole golf course in Kames and the Tighnabruaich sailing school is a short distance away.

Elmbank is situated on Shore Road and has spectacular views across the Kyles of Bute. There is a rocky beach directly across from the house, great for the kids to explore. The house itself has 3 bedrooms and can sleep up to 8 with the use of a bed settee. The lounge has a baby grand piano for the musician in you. There is a large, private, secluded garden to the front & rear of the property. There is a variety of eating places which specialise in local seafood, home farmed meat, game and wild venison, all within walking distance of the house. A short ferry ride from Portavadie will take you across to the fishing village of Tarbert, where you can purchase freshly landed fish and seafood.
