Beautiful Majorcan estate situated in the peaceful countryside in Pollensa close to the golf course. This charming accommodation is ideal for families looking to relax in a most private and natural environment, yet near the amenities of Pollensa and only a short drive to the nearest pretty, sandy beaches. The extensive and exquisite garden has a wide variety of Mediterranean plants, flowers and trees and hosts a great swimming pool and BBQ area. The two storey stone house comprises on the first floor a total of five en suite bedrooms (2 double and 3 twins), three of which access a terrace with wonderful views over the surrounding countryside and even towards the bay in the distance. On the ground floor: there is a fully equipped kitchen and laundry with the lounge/diner opening to a large covered porch that faces the lovely pool and and invites everyone who stays for al fresco meals.

Pollensa: The northernmost spurs of Sierra de Tramuntana are the backdrop of the Mallorcan town of Pollença. The town has a medieval historic quarter that sits only a few kilometres away from the Mediterranean sea. The town, under the shade of the mountains of Puig de Pollença and Calvari, has managed to preserve intact its personality, despite being only a short distance from the bustle of the beach. Pollensa has been a preferred destination of painters and artists since the beginning of this century. Here, the cultural and artistic life never stops. The main square with its pavement cafes and chique restaurants is the hub of the towns unique charm. The bay of Puerto Pollenca, only a 20 minute drive away, boasts a wide choice of water sports to choose from for all the family to enjoy. There is also a sailing school where you can hire from a wide choice of dinghies, catamarans and windsurfers. If you enjoy partaking in water sports you will never be stuck for something to do.
