Downstairs is open plan with a lounge area with satellite TV, and DVD player. There is a leather suite in the lounge and table and chairs in the Dining area. It has a well equipped kitchen including dishwasher and washing machine. There is also a shower room and toilet downstairs. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms 1 double with en suite and 2 twins all with fitted wardrobes. There is also a family bathroom upstairs. All bedrooms have sea views. There is air conditioning in every room. The swimming pool (9m x 3m) is accessed via the dining area and there are patios and verandas with sun loungers. Linen and towels are provided but please bring your own beach towels. A cot can be provided for a small supplement.

Privately owned property located in Ayia Thekla 6 kilometers from the centre of Ayia Nappa at Ayia Thekla, a two minute drive from the famous Waterworld at Ayia Napa and a few minutes walk to the nearest beach. A selection of bars and restaurants are also close by as are the shops. The villa is also about 2 kilometers from the best beach in the area, Nissi Beach where all water sport activities are available.
