For weddings, parties, large family holidays. All stay together in your own private olive grove that sleeps up to 32 in 4 luxury 4 bedroom villas - and 4 private swimming pools. You have 17,500 square meters of space and total privacy - fenced and gated. That's 4.5 acres of olive grove all yours for the week! Each house sleeps 8 adults - no pull out or camp beds needed! Total number of bedrooms is 16, with 8 bathrooms. The houses are close enough to be neighbourly, but far enough apart (60 meters) so you are not overlooked (unlike many villas in the West Crete area). Please book well in advance. These villa is also rented separately for smaller groups and families through out the season. They are Very Popular so if you wish to rent all 4 and have exclusive use of the olive grove, you will probably have to book 6 to 12 months in advance, depending on the time of year. We are in a quiet location, just outside the village, close enough to enjoy the facilities of tavernas, bars, fresh bakery and mini market - only a 12 minute walk away, The sea (and safe, sandy beach, plus more restaurants and shops) is just over 2 km away which takes little over half an hour to walk. Although we recommend a car especially if you have small children, it is not necessary and many of our guests prefer to take a taxi from the airport, use local taxis, hire bicycles, and walk. The area is ideal for keen swimmers, walkers and cyclists - very spectacular scenery - very similar to the Peak District National Park in Derbyshire (England) but by the sea and a lot warmer!

The villas are linked by interconnecting paths, within the grounds so there is no need to go outside into the road to go 'next door'. Car Hire? We have good links with a local and reliable car hire company (English speaking) who can offer anything from a 4-seater budget cars to several 9-seater minibuses. Planning a Wedding? PRICING: Pricing: The Saint Basil Olive Grove can be exclusively yours from £1590 a week (total for all 4 villas) in April when flights are cheaper from the UK.
