The property is situated approx 200 metres down a drive, and 10 mins walk from the village which has boulangerie, 2 bars, hotel, post office. The farmhouse is set on a hillside, with beautiful views across the valley. The accommodation is set over three floors, with 3 bedrooms and a bathroom on the top floor, a large kitchen/diner (featuring an open fireplace) and 2 reception rooms on the ground floor, and the 4th bedroom, shower room, and further reception room on the lower ground floor. There is a private pool (6m x 4m) with walk-in steps, a covered eating area just outside the kitchen, and on the lower terrace there are table and chairs for al-fresco dining. Woods surround the property, and there are plenty of footpaths in the area - the house is actually located along one of the many trails. The area is famous for its cuisine and there are numerous markets and wonderful restaurants to enjoy, as well as chateaux and a wide variety of tourist attractions.
