Notes to the rental rates

• prices are valid for the occupation of up to two people, every further person will be charged 80 €. 2 children up to the age of 12 are free. Apart from the rental price you have to pay 11% tax that are valid for Florida. The final cleaning costs (150 US Dollar) must be paid at the property.
  
• The initial payment when concluding the contract is 500€. The final payment must be settled 6 weeks before the beginning of the rental period. The deposit is 500€ and should be paid together with the final payment.
  In the rental price included are 3 US Dollar electricity costs per day, furthermore the house introduction and the support from the German and English speaking property management. Included in the price is also water usage, internet access, the use of telephone and fax in the regional area (local calls), garbage charges, swimming pool service as well as beach towels.
  
• If you like to rent our brand new boat, Caravelle 237 LS (Model 07), after agreement, the daily price is 100,- Euro or 590,- Euro per week incl. insurance. Brifing/cleaning is 150,- USD.

Specials

The pool has an alarm system and is therefore safe for small children. The villa is constructed to the newest hurricane regulations and has extra aluminium shutters for windows and doors. In the house you will find an energy saving air- conditioning system with additional heat energy for the warm water usage. The pool illumination changes in colours.

Outdoor area

Because of the pleasant climate which we have all year long, the outdoor area has been constructed especially noble. The electrical heatable pool (4 x 10 m) invites to swimming. You will enjoy the romantic atmosphere in the evening because of the pool ilumination whose colours change into purple, green and blue. Your personal needs regarding the swimming pool can be operated with the remote control. Even at high temperatures you will relax in the summer sun as the 42 sqm-roofed terrace area has 2 ventilators. Additionally the whole pool area with terrace (170 sqm) is protected by a screen. Therefore you will not have any problems with mosquitos or other insects. So you have a lot of options to experience the fantastic evening sun in Florida. Be it a real American barbecue with steaks, lying on a the comfortable outdoor sofa looking at the stars whilst you are having a cocktail Just enjoy the 'American Way of Life' in private atmosphere.

Sun Splash Waterpark in Cape Coral with huge water slides. Edison/ Ford Winter Estates (museum) in Fort Myers. In 20 min. distance: Miromar Outlets Shopping. More than 120 label manufacturers (Polo Ralph Lauren, Tommy Hilfiger, Calvin Klein, Reebok, etc.) direct selling. 40 minutes away: J.N. „Ding“ Darling National Wildlife Refuge at Sanibel Island. 45 min.: Babcock Wilderness Adventures in Punta Gorda. Here you can drive with one of the Swamp-Buggys (everglade vehicles) through the wilderness. 45 min.: The everglades are a national park in which you can wonder about rare flowers and animals. 75 min.: Bush Gardens in Tampa is a leisure park and an alternative to the Disney Parks. 2 hours: You can reach Miami Beach in 2,5h which is definitely worth a visit. Very famous are also the parks in Orlando like Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom, MGM Studios and Sea World. You shoud calculate with a 3h drive to these places. You can get to Cape Canaveral in 4hours.
