Modern fitted Kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, electric cooker, fridge and microwave. Master bedroom with fitted cupboard and colour television. Second bedroom with single bed and bunk beds. Bathroom has bath/shower. Fully enclosed rear garden with BBQ and patio furniture. Sorry no pets allowed

Set in the heart of the Scottish highlands .It is ideally situated to take advantage of the many outdoor activities including: Golf, Fishing, Sailing, Climbing, Hillwalking, Canoeing and White water rafting to name just a few. The area is also excellent for the nature lover with the Cairngorm National Park on your doorstep, this offers many different species of wild birds and animals such as the Pine Martin,grouse ,ptarmiganand the famous Ospreys.If you are a keen Golfer Golf cottage offers two courses within walking distance:Dalfaber a nine hole family friendly course and The spey Valley Championship course about 200 yards away. The area is also excellent for walking and cycling with many cycle routes and designated walks. The city of Inverness is only 30 miles to the north with modern shopping facilities cinema theater etc. There are many buildings and sites of historic interest nearby.

A very pleasant weeks stay!

We are a family of four, we enjoyed a very nice stay in this property in September. The house was spotless and the location excellent both for access to Aviemore and sightseeing. Our sons particularly enjoyed watching the steam train passing through the level crossing further up the road! It was an easy walk into town and the leisure centre just over the road was very handy for a nice meal. As keen skiers we hope to return to the house in the winter and would not hesitate to recomend this property
