Casale Silvia is a delightful stone country house situated in the Umbrian countryside only a few kilometers from Orvieto and the marvellous area of south Tuscany. The property has wonderful hillside views, especially from the swimming pool area. This This building is on two floors and its unique characteristic is that all the bedrooms have direct access to the garden. This property is well finished and furnished, its flooring is a mixture of “cotto” and parquet, providing a typical country house atmosphere. Sometimes there is an innocent cat present in the property but he is not allowed in the house. This property's position allows its guests to spend a relaxing holiday in the open countryside without having to give up the possibility of sightseeing, such as numerous hamlets and small enchanting towns like: Orvieto, Città della Pieve, Cetona, Trasimeno Lake, Montepulciano, Pienza, Montalcino and Siena.

Parrano is centrally located between several interesting places: it is between Trasimeno and Bolsena Lakes, between Rome and Firenze (130 km), not far from Orvieto and at 70 km from Perugia. It is easily reachable from Fabro Scalo (8 km) using the SS 71 (exit Fabro from the motorway A1) or by train from the station of Fabro - Ficulle. As soon as you leave the motorway or come out of train station, after only 8 km, you will find a well kept landscape, green hills, cultivated fields, ancient farm houses until reach the picturesque historical centre of Parrano with its stately castle.

The pool is equipped with Jacuzzi and is open from the last saturday of April to the first saturday of October. The pool area is equipped with umbrellas, sun lounges, table and chairs.
