Capo Boi is a beautiful villa facing the sea at about 4 km from Villasimius . The south of Sardinia has an unspoilt environment and typical Mediterranean vegetation. Fantastic beaches, are characteristic of this area. The sea has a shimmering cobalt colour with exceptional depths, in 2000 a Marine Park, the second one in Italy, had been created to preserve this beauty. The villa is situated at the end of a private Estate composed of 12 villas, its position guarantees a complete privacy. The structure is quite peculiar as the villa merges into the surrounding environment, and even the roof is covered with a lawn. It’s built in stone and it hides in the surroundings vegetation, from the garden it’s possible to admire the breathtaking views. The villa has a private access to a small pebbles beach. The nearest sand beach is Campo Longu, 2 km, a white line of the fine sand. Other famous beaches in the area are: Cala Caterina, Timi Ama, Capo Carbonara.

It's a very famous destination for its wonderful beaches and for its splendid water: for this reason receives a big number of tourists every summer. The surrounding area with its nature gives the opportunity to attempt pleasant walks. At Villasimius you can also visit the characteristic centre and the ancient Church with its precious religious furnishings. The nearest airport is Elmas (Cagliari) and it's at about 50 km. The nearest port (Cagliari) is distant about 35 km.

  • This semi-circular house is all on one level but there are external steps to reach it, therefore it’s not suitable for disabled people. The living room opens onto a veranda with views of Capo Boi, there is a well equipped open plan kitchen with breakfast counter. A few steps lead to the sleeping area where you can find a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with bath, another double bedroom and a room with 3 beds (two of them with a peculiar concrete base), a second bathroom with 2 showers. Terracotta floors with simple but comfortable furnishings give the house the perfect atmosphere for a very enjoyable holiday. The exterior is manicured and the terraced garden faces the sea.
