The house has a beautiful view of the historical centre of Sarteano. This colonic house has been built during the first half of 1800 and has been carefully and tastefully restored by the owners, using high quality materials and beautiful furnishing, assuring harmony between modern and antique style. The property is surrounded by a beautiful and well equipped garden and as the name implies, the house, in fact on request, guest will be able to use the well equipped WELLNESS ROOM, with MINI JACUZZI SWIMMING POOL, JACUZZI, TURKISH SPA, SAUNA and HYDRO MASSAGE SHOWER, the essentials to relax the body and the mind. The property is strategically positioned only 8 km from the highway A1.

  • The house is on four staggered levels. The main entrance is in the basement floor, where there is a service bathroom, bedroom with queen size bed and en suite bathroom with shower. Via an internal staircase, you reach the living area made up of a large and comfortable living room, a second living room and a study. Also on this floor there is the dining room, where on a slightly higher level (only a few steps) you can reach the fully equipped kitchen with fireplace and the large laundry room all of which is connected to an ample terrace ideal for outdoors lunches. From the dining room, via a elegant wooden staircase one reaches the night area, made up of two double bedrooms with en suite bathroom, one with shower and one with Jacuzzi tub, a twin bedroom and a bathroom with hydro massage shower. Park: The garden is about 400 square meters and is completely fenced and enriched with a crisp green lawn, beautiful flowerbeds, bushes, fruit trees and ornamental trees, with brooms, jasmines, roses and different flower growing of the Mediterranean area. Outdoors, guests can enjoy lunches on the beautiful terrace, equipped with umbrellas, table and chairs. In a corner of the terrace there is a welcoming area with banana shaped wooden sofas.

Swimming Pool: The swimming pool is at guests disposal from the last Saturday of April to the first Saturday in October and measures 5x10 meters with a variable depth from 1.40 to 2.60 meters. The pool is about 40 meters from the house and is accessible via a staircase. The swimming pool can be heated only in medium and high season. The swimming pool area is equipped with sun loungers, chairs and a few meters away there is a nice gazebo with table and chairs, ideal for a nap in the shade or to admire the view of the enchanting town on the other side of the hill. The swimming pool area has a technical room with service bathroom, changing room and fridge. Next to the swimming pool there is an external cold shower.
