Coast/beach:
La Torre resort is a 15 min drive from the nearest beach. With over 200km of sandy beaches stretching from the warm crystal clear waters of the Mar Menor and the Mediterranean beaches of the La Manga Strip, across the craggy cliffs and coves of the Calblanque Natural Park and down to the sweeping bays of the Mediterranean resort of Aguilas, the Costa Calida (warm coast) has a wealth of beaches.

La Torre Golf Resort has many features and activities on site, in the town centre you will find shops, restaurants and bars. There is also a medical centre, bank, pharmacy and supermarket on site. Bikes can be hired from shop by the supermarket. Local butchers and supermarkets can be found in Roldan and Los Alcazares (English butchers). There is a shopping centre (Dos Mares) near San Javier. Many water sports i.e. dive school, boat trips, beach water activities, fishing etc. can be found around La Manga. The historical centre of Murcia will provide you with imposing architecture, bustling plazas, trendy bars and cafes. Beautiful countryside and mountain views can be found all around the region, whether travelling by car, bicycle or on foot. Travel:
The property is a 20 minute drive from Murcia (San Javier) airport or a 50 minute drive from Alicante airport. Car is recommended although arrangements can be made to pick you up and drop you off at the San Javier airport from 15 euros.

Golf La Torre Golf Resort is one of 4 Polaris World golf resorts; they are all designed by Jack Nicklaus. La Torre 18-hole par 68. Mar Menor 9-hole par 27 (being extended to 18-hole soon par 68). El Valle 18-hole par 71. Haciende Riquelme 18-hole par 72. All the Polaris World Golf Courses are linked by a complimentary bus service please see timetable. The style of the courses is similar to a Florida golf course with extensive lakes and fairways. The 5 star clubhouse has a well stocked golf shop, a driving range and practice green, and 5 star restaurant. Carts, buggies and clubs are available to hire and tuition is available.
