The house has a great shared swimming-pool (14mx6m), a large hall, barbecue, private parking and garden. Near the swimming-pool and in the hall there is outdoor furniture The house is equipped with towels, sheets, oven, electric plate, washing-machine, dishwasher machine, freezer, microwaves, coffee-maker etc. The villa has fireplace, central heating, stereo and TV.
