Coast/Beach:
Lagos has a number of wonderful beaches. The main one is Meia Praia and is about 10 min walk. But there are dozens of beautiful and breathtaking beaches to be discovered by either a long walk or a short drive along the coastline. Close by is some of the best surfing coastline in Europe.
Golf:
There are two golf courses adjoin Lagos town, and there are 25 more and counting in the Algarve region within short and reasonable driving distance. Nearby is Palmares golf course is a 18 hole, par 71 course, 5961m long. Must be played to appreciate the spectacular views of both sea and mountains, The 1st hole probably being the most striking in the Algarve with its high tee position pointing out to the sea. The newest addition called the Bostavista Golf course less than three years old this is a 18 hole par 71, 5751m long, there is one dedicated car parking space in the enclosed locked basement providing total security for clubs etc.
Acommodation:
The apartment lies very central close (5 min walk) to the historic town center of Lagos, the Marina and beaches. It has been finished to high standards and is brand new. There is a car parking and access to the apartment with a lift. The apartment has two large terraces one with view over the pool and one with view over the city.
Outside there is a beautiful big shared swimming pool and nicely landscaped gardens with children's play area. bbq built in on balcony with outdoor table and chairs.
Local supermarket around the corner, banks etc. There are many excursions available which can be organised locally to various theme parks - Zoo Marine, a fantastic day out with dolphin shows - sea lion shows. Birds of prey shows and loads of water slides rides etc. Water parks (Aqua Land, aqua show family park, sand city, and the local Lagos zoo. And for the fishing enthusiast there are a vast amount of boat trips to choose
