The kitchen / diner has everything you could want from ample worktops,lots of space and a modern 6 burner oven,large farmhouse table/chairs ,washing machine and dishwasher. From the kitchen there is access to the rear patio area with outdoor seating/BBQ and lighting. At the front of the property is a conservatory which looks onto a private secure gardened area with seating and swings. With local bus routes only two min away and Rhyls train station being only 1mile

  • PRICES ARE SET FOR THE PROPERTY AND NOT PER PERSON.

    A deposit of 25% of the total cost is requested to secure any booking and any OUTSTANDING BALANCE will be required no later than EIGHT WEEKS prior to your arrival thank you.
    Deposits must be received no later than one week after any reservation please as cheques take 7 days to clear.
    If paying any deposit or balance, please make cheques payable to either BEACH COTTAGE or MR S R HILL

    Please note all that the above dates are flexible (please contact me for more information)
  • The above prices include all heating, electric, linen and fresh towels.
    We allow one well behave dog, please notify us when booking.
    Arrival time is 4pm to allow us to ensure the property is cleaned properly.
    Departure time is 10 am to enable us to clean for the next arrivals thank you.
  • Please note that if in the unfortunate event you have to cancel any booking made with us ,we will endeavour to re-advertise on your behalf.
    Providing any cancelation is made eight weeks prior to your arrival date we will be more than happy to refund any monies paid by you providing we are able to re-book the dates.

    In the event we are unable to re-book any cancelled bookings, we reserve the right to retain any payment to cover the lost booking.
    If any booking is cancelled within the eight weeks of any arrival date, we do reserve the right to retain all monies ( or the initial deposit if re- booked only ) that was paid by you to cover any loss of income for that booking made.

Conwys magnificent castle and fine shopping in LLandudno are only 20 miles away,whilst the roman walled city of Chester,renowned for its cultural attractions as well as its excellent shopping opportunities,restaurants, day at the races and great zoo around 25 miles distance. There are various 18 hole golf courses along the coast,sea and coarse fishing nearby,tennis,riding,mountain walks, rock climbing, jet skiing and deep sea wreck diving on your doorstep. Snowdonias spectacular mountains and outdoor pursuits are under an hours drive. A vast variety of national trust heritage homes and fine castles are all within an hours drive.Caernarfon castle,Beaumaris castle and Rhuddlan castle as well as Bodnant gardens,Bala,Portmerion,Betws y Coed and Beddgelert are well worth a visit

The main town of Rhyl offers great shopping, a modern theatre and cinema,swimming pools,sea life centre,sports centre,cycle path,skate park and a indoor sun centre with wave machine and large water slides.childrens outdoor swimming pool and climbing area. A wealth of lively facilities including go karts,fun fair, track horse racing,nightclubs, pubs and arcades only a very short drive away.

In our opinion: My family having lived in North Wales all our lives,have been fortunate enough to enjoy all it has to offer, from rolling countryside to vast beaches, mountain walks and great heritage around every corner.Wales has managed to retain its natural beauty without falling behind with the more modern things in life we expect today.
