There are 7 bedrooms in total; 4 in the main house + 3 in the stone cabanons adjacent. In the main house there is a family bathroom (with a washing machine), shower room + a separate wc. Fully equipped kitchen with cooker, hob with 5 gas burners, wok burner, microwave + fridge/freezer. Large reception room with dining area, decorated in the Provencal style, with low beams, open fire, TV + video. The kitchen + dining areas open out onto the covered stone terrace, with fitted barbecue, perfect for enjoying those shady lunches + balmy Mediterranean evenings with views down to the pool + St Tropez beyond. The cabanons each have their own bathrooms + salon + have been tastefully refurbished in the Provencal style yet with all mod cons. The villa is set within 4 acres of mature garden with its own private tennis court, private fenced swimming pool + children’s trampoline. The garden immediately around the villa is fully enclosed with gates at the entrance with ample parking for 4/5 cars

The beautiful Provencal village of Plan de la Tour is surrounded by vineyards and Mediterranean woodland. Despite its timeless charm, it still has all the amenities required: several small grocery stores, Tourist Office, a pharmacy, tabac, one bar! Ste Maxime is a stone’s throw away – 15 minutes by car down leafy lanes which meander through the vineyards. From here, ferries run every 20/30 mins to St Tropez/Cannes. The nearest beaches are in Ste Maxime, which boasts 6km of beaches plus many more stretching from St Tropez all the way to Nice! There are plenty of activities available: diving, sailing, golf (2 x 18 hole courses), cycling, hiking, fishing, riding, mountain biking + a casino. There is also the famous Aqualand water park, an absolute ‘must’ for the kids. The nearest hypermarket, is located on the outskirts of Ste Maxime. Boutiques and designer shops can be found in Ste Maxime, Pt Grimaud + St Tropez.
