Situated in the Lot, near the Dordogne river valley, and close to the medieval market towns of Souillac, Gourdon and Sarlat, this delightful, tastefully furnished stone house is set in 10 acres of parkland, within easy walking distance of the village of Masclat, which has 2 excellent restaurants, a bakery, grocers and tennis court. Although in the grounds of the owners own property, the 'villa' is not overlooked and offers guests complete privacy with plenty of space over the pretty gardens which are surrounded by forest and for guests to stroll round and enjoy. There is wildlife in abundance. The private 'infinity' salt water swimming pool (gives the appearance of swimming in a lake) has a delightful patio surround and is enclosed with a lockable gate for extra security. Beside the pool is a superb 'Abri' (covered terrace) with a fridge, garden tables and chair - ideal for al fresco dining. A perfect haven of peace and tranquillity.
