Apartment of 60/65sq m, laid on the ground floor with 2 double bedrooms -where there is the possibility to add 1 single bed- bathroom, living room and fully equipped kitchen. Outside there is a large garden with hedges and fruit trees always well cared for that are the scene. Apartment appreciated by large families or groups of friends, not disdain even couples and small families due to its location will be warm and cozy in winter and in summer cool and sunny. The apartment is located near the pool and also covered parking is only a few meters. The kitchen you'll find inside is fully furnished with all amenities, tableware, linens, cookware, etc. are at your arrangements which, even in rooms you'll find everything you need, linen and towels are available already when you enter the apartment. Everything you need to worry about is relaxing and ... only do the expenditure if you want to cook, or even that is a problem before.
